Is the Aston Martin V12 Vanquish a good car? Fuel wise, comfort, and mechanic price?pros and cons?

My brother wants to get it..I think it looks really nice and all, but he wants to know if its good for him though, before buying it. Thanks!

Mechanic Price is very expensive aswell!!!

Pros: Pleasure IS a huge Plus

CONS:very dangerous

Remember this car is a V12 which means 12 cylinders

and which means 0-60 in like 4.5 seconds
