What is the different of Ferrari 512 engine?

Please allow a newbie like me to ask some question.
Is the Ferrari Testarossa, 512TR and 512M using the same engine?
If not what are the differences? And what are the different between thos engine from the exterior? Thanks you if you may answer my question! Appreciate your help!

the 512TR and the Testarossa are the same thing, but I think the 512M is also similar, except that it’s a little slower
