What new evidence do the fia have about mclaren because they have cancelled the appeal hearing?
F1’s governing body said on Wednesday that it had received new evidence in the case, and that a hearing was scheduled for September 13 in the French capital.
But with news of a second hearing, the appeal has been cancelled.
“The FIA President’s referral of the matter to the International Court of Appeal has been withdrawn,” the FIA’s statement concluded.
is this new evidence in mclaren or ferrari favour?

The fia must have something new otherwise they just would have let the case go to the appeal court.
if they where going to clear mclaren then they would not have called a meeting of the world council
the problem is what do they do to mclaren, if they ban them mclaren fans will say its a fix to let Ferrari win and if they only fine mclaren (the richest team in f1) Ferrari fans will say it’s a fix because the fia want mclaren and Lewis to win.
A no win situation in my book and the end of a very tainted season.
