How do I delete default files on a Motorola Razr phone?
The default files, such as the Ferrari Promo Video and various other graphics cannot be removed from the phone. We have tried deleting the files individually and also by flagging each graphic/video and attempting to delete them.
Whatever we do, the phone denies such requests of deleting the default files that came with the phone.

I have this phone and you cant do it yourself as it were….you have to take it to a shop where they charge you..
However, there are websites out there for the razr where you can get all kinds of stuff….including deleting unwanted files.
I cannot for the life of me rememer what it was called!
Search the forums with the same question….and you will find what you need.
I’ll probably wake in the middle of the night now with the name of the website lol!!
